More Info: Users may experience issues when attempting to access the following services:

- Microsoft Teams
- Outlook
- Microsoft Azure

Current status: We're reviewing service monitoring telemetry to identify the root cause and help us confirm the full scope of services that are impacted.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users hosted within Finland attempting to access multiple Microsoft 365 services.
