The connection of the N building of the student village to Soihtu's broadband network has been interrupted on December 18, 2023 at around 10:30 p.m. The problem is currently being investigated.
UPDATE 2023-12-19 9:30 AM The problem has been dealt with. It seems like it was caused by a faulty power supply, but everything should be up and running.
UPDATE 2023-12-19 3:00 PM The fault has recurred about half an hour ago.
UPDATE 2023-12-19 5:40 PM The power supply had been finally broken and some of the equipment was changed. Now the connection should work again. Reboot the connected device if the connection does not open spontaneously.
UPDATE 2023-12-19 7:00 PM The corrective measures taken have not been enough, and more equipment changes must be made. We will inform you about the progress of the work here.
UPDATE 2023-12-20 12:00PM The equipment changes have been dealt with and it seems like everything is working.

Ylioppilaskylän N-talon yhteys Soihdun laajakaistaverkkoon on katkennut 18.12.2023 noin kello 22:30. Vikaa selvitetään parhaillaan.
PÄIVITYS 2023-12-19 9:30 Verkon toiminta on palautunut normaaliksi. Vian aiheutti viallinen virtalähde, mutta ongelma on korjattu ja kaiken pitäisi toimia normaalisti.

PÄIVITYS 2023-12-19 17:40 Virtalähde oli rikkoutunut lopullisesti ja osa laitteista vaihdettiin. Nyt yhteyden pitäisi toimia taas. Käynnistä verkkoon kytketty laite uudelleen, jos yhteys ei avaudu itsestään.
